Mike is the executive Manager for Alexa and the individual who signed Alexa back in 2017. In his earlier years, as a musician he toured with several Swedish artists and  played at occasions with Swedish group, ABBA. He worked for 12 years in a PR agency in Stockholm where he managed product launches for brands such as Cadillac and Swedish Match. The agency frequently was hired by record companies for releases of latest music and during this work Mike was often asked to take on management for artists. In 2001, he decided to start his own Artist Management Agency, Nordic Talent Management. Soon he was managing several of Sweden’s top artists. In 2009, Mike was hired by Azerbaijan to manage their entry to the Eurovision Song Contest and was given five years to win that contest. Not to be limited, Mike achieved this feat in the second attempt in 2011, after a 5:th place in 2010.

Joseph, aka Jojo gator, started in the family radio and film promotion business in 1983. The family established offices in NY and Los Angeles in 1952. He has promoted music to clubs and radio from 1986 to present. He assisted in launching radio and MTV promotional campaigns for New Kids on the Block in 1986 and became the Responsible Agent for General Entertainment Management in Boston MA where he booked mall and amusement park tours. After ten years in Boston and 89 million records sold for Columbia Records,  he offered his crew to the rest of the music world.

Joseph has been associated with Sony Music since 1986 and today his label, Gator Aid Entertainment, is distributed through Sony’s The Orchard.  His career covers 37 years and over 200 million records sold either through publishing, record sales, radio promotion or touring.

Howard Rosen began his career in 1970 at Bell Records and Elektra. From there he became Senior VP of Promotion at famed Casablanca Records where he broke such acts as Donna Summer, KISS, The Village People and Parliament.  As Senior VP of Promotion at Warner/Reprise he worked with many artists who are still relevant today including Prince, Van Halen, Fleetwood Mac, Madonna, Rod Stewart, the Doobie Brothers and Frank Sinatra. In 1984, he was recruited by Motown Records and made VP of Promotion where he worked with Lionel Richie, Smokey Robinson and the Temptations. In 1985, Howie decided to transmute his decades of label experience into a thriving full-service Independent Radio Promotion Company that is still going strong, almost  20 years later.

Ron is a Music Enthusiast with a portfolio career in business with twenty-five plus years of executive management and operations within manufacturing and the payments industry, coupled with 10 plus years in venture development, and 10 years in international business and trade development.

He has worn operating/advisory hats in investor relations, early stage international and domestic growth businesses, business services and communications. Ron has measurably grown multiple businesses across many platforms and geographies through a diligent and creative application of business development, strategic alliances, and capital formation.
